My pricing varies based on your situation, goals and the level of support needed. It would not be fair to quote a number before understanding what you actually need. That is why we start with a free discovery call, no pressure and no commitment required.
Results depend on your consistency and effort. Most clients start noticing real physical and mental changes within the first 4 to 8 weeks. The key is showing up to the process and that is exactly what I will help you do every week.
Absolutely. The discovery call exists for exactly that reason. You do not need to have everything figured out. All you need is the honest desire to change.
