I started out dangerously underweight — eating too little, training wrong and getting nowhere. I then went through the opposite: a period of being overweight. Living both extremes gave me something most coaches do not have: a complete, real understanding of how the body responds to change from every angle.
Over 6 years of obsessive self-education, I invested over $10,000 in elite mentorships and worked alongside some of the biggest coaches and influencers in the fitness space. I know what the top level looks like and I have built a system that delivers those results to everyday people with real schedules.
My mission is simple: help you build a body you and others respect, a confidence that carries into every area of your life, and habits that hold even on your hardest days. As long as you have a phone and the will to change, I will handle the rest.

Went in not really knowing what to expect. 12 weeks later I am down 9kg and hitting numbers I genuinely did not think were possible for me. The weekly check ins kept me on track in a way I never managed on my own. I have tried doing it myself multiple times and it never lasted. This did.
Down 5kg in 8 weeks and my strength stayed the same the whole way through. What I did not expect was how much the habit stuff would change things. Training just became something I did without having to motivate myself every time. That alone was worth it.
